Aluminum alloy doors and Windows installation specification process detailed explanation.

2024-01-19

The surface of the aluminum alloy is polished and shiny by oxidation. The window sash frame is large and can be inlaid with a large area of glass, which makes the indoor light full and bright, enhances the contrast between the virtual and real facade between the indoor and outdoor, and makes the living room more rich. The aluminum alloy itself is easy to extrude, the cross-section size of the profile is accurate, and the processing accuracy is high. Therefore, in the decoration of many owners have chosen to use aluminum alloy doors and Windows, the following will introduce the standard process of aluminum alloy doors and Windows installation.

Installation process: marking location → Aluminum alloy doors and Windows installation → anti-corrosion treatment → Aluminum alloy doors and Windows installation → Aluminum alloy Windows fixed → door and window frame and wall clearance treatment → Door and window fan and door and window glass installation → Installation of hardware accessories.

1. Mark the line

(1) According to the installation position, size and elevation of the doors and Windows in the design drawings, measure the edge lines of the doors and Windows to both sides according to the middle line of the doors and Windows. If it is a multi-story or high-rise building, the top door and window line shall prevail, use a line drop or theodolite to draw the door and window line down, and mark the door and window of each layer, and the individual irregular mouth edge should be chisel treatment.

(2) The horizontal position of the doors and Windows should be measured against the horizontal line of +50cm in the floor room, and the lower skin elevation of the window should be measured upward and the line should be straightened. Each layer must maintain the same height under the window.

2. Install aluminum Windows with water

According to the requirements of the construction drawings, the water is fixed on the aluminum alloy window, and the position is correct and the installation is firm.

3. Anti-corrosion treatment

(1) When the anti-corrosion treatment design of the outer surface around the door and window frame is required, it shall be treated according to the design requirements. If the design is not required, it can be coated with anti-corrosion paint or paste plastic film for protection, so as to avoid direct contact between cement mortar and the surface of aluminum alloy doors and Windows, resulting in electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and Windows.

(2) When installing aluminum alloy doors and Windows, if the connecting iron parts are fixed, the connecting iron parts, fixing parts and other installation metal parts are best to use stainless steel parts. Otherwise, anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out to avoid electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and Windows.

4. Installation of aluminum alloy doors and Windows

Install aluminum alloy door and window frames according to the demarcated door and window positioning lines. And timely adjust the horizontal, vertical and diagonal length of the door and window frame to meet the quality standard, and then use a wooden wedge to temporarily fix

5. Fixation of aluminum alloy doors and Windows

(1) When there are iron parts embedded on the wall, the iron feet of the aluminum alloy doors and Windows can be welded directly with the embedded iron parts on the wall, and the welding place needs to be treated with rust prevention.

(2) When there is no embedded iron on the wall, metal expansion bolts or plastic expansion bolts can be used to fix the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and Windows to the wall.

(3) When there is no embedded iron on the wall, an electric drill can also be used to punch 80mm deep holes with a diameter of 6mm on the wall, and 6rmn steel bars of L-type 80mm×50mm can be used. Apply 108 glue mud to the long end and drive into the hole. After the 108 glue slurry is finally coagulated, the iron feet of the aluminum alloy doors and Windows are welded firmly with the buried 6mm steel bars.

6. Treatment of gaps between door and window frames and walls

(1) After the installation and fixing of aluminum alloy doors and Windows, the concealed engineering acceptance should be carried out first, and the gap between the door and window frame and the wall should be treated in time according to the design requirements after passing.

(2) If the design is not required, the elastic insulation material or glass wool felt strip can be used to fill the gap, and the outer surface is left with 5~8mm deep slot to fill the caulking ointment or sealant.

7. Installation of door and window fans and door glass

(1) Door and window fans and door and window glass should be installed after the completion of the surface decoration of the entrance wall.

(2) After the sliding door window is installed and fixed in the door and window frame, install the whole door and window fan with good glass into the chute in the frame, and adjust the gap with the fan.

(3) Flat doors and Windows are assembled on the wall of the frame and the fan frame, installed and fixed, and then installed the glass, that is, first adjust the gap between the frame and the fan, and then install the glass into the fan and adjust the position, and finally set the sealing strip and sealant.

(4) The ground spring door should be installed and fixed after the door frame and ground spring host into the ground. First, insert the glass into the door panel frame and put it into the frame together, adjust the gap of the frame fan, and finally fill the sealing strip and sealant of the door panel glass.
